Reading - Finished notes on literary genre on Friday. Monday we have a review of their notes. Test on genre unit will be Tuesday. On Wednesday - Friday we will begin discussing and taking notes on literary elements. On Friday, August 22, I handed out and began discussion of book report choices for the year.

Religion (Nittler) - We will be studying the covenant made by Abraham and God.
English/Writing (Kilgore) - Capitalization grammar assignment due Tuesday. Grammar Quiz due Friday. We will be begin working on writing paragraphs this week.

Art (Smith) - Reviewing blending. We will be completing worksheets over blending and shading. Friday we will start a new project introducing contour lines and working with shading to make the hand look 3-D.
