English/Writing (Kilgore) - Grammar assignment due Tuesday. Grammar Quiz due Friday. We will be writing summary/precis.
Spelling (Kilgore) - Spelling Unit 4 See SpellingCity Spelling Test Thursday.
Reading (Gillett) - Reading several selections in "Personal Best" Unit. Students will also be discussing vocabulary and literary elements of selections. There will be a couple of journal writings this week.

Social Studies (Nittler) -Test Tues. on Chapter 2. Then we will begin our study of the Stone Age (Chapter 3).
Art (Smith) - Starting a new project over values and blending by creating 3-D hands.
Math (Duree) - We are writing expressions and exploring basic algebra. Quiz and timed test on Friday.
